Tuesday of Holy Week

How can it already be Holy Week? Lent seems to have flown by…and I have not been spectacularly successful in doing all that I intended to do during Lent. Today’s post, written for the devotional, is about that, sort of. Now, however, I have a toddler to put to bed.

Sunday, I rest: I go to Mass and hear the words of the priest. Today, I return to my daily reflections, at thinking coram deo, and I offer it with my prayers, in thanksgiving, for everyone who reads it. May God richly bless us this Lent, as we seek him with contrite hearts.

For my sins, I will be blogging (daily if I can manage it) over at thinking coram Deo, where I restrict myself to reflection on the daily Mass readings. Today, it’s Psalm 51 [50], and the beginning of Lent.
